    Should I worry?
    Hi,

This is all new to me but since I have been here I have absorbed allot on knowledge from the people of these forums. My question is, I have a normal that never has a problem eating has a great attitude. I have just recently put in a new hide for him and he's been in there for 3 days now. I did see him this morning drinking. Is this unusual? Thanks. :salute:

Nope, perfectly normal. You're either noticing him during the day (they're nocturnal) or he's going into shed. Or he could just be comfortable in his new hide and doesn't feel like coming out. ;)

I believe he was going in to shed before I had placed it in there.

    Thank you!

Depending on what part of his shed cycle he was in you may want to check on him every few days. The same thing happened to me...I noticed he was about to shed, then he went and hide away for a while. Eventually, I decided to check on him just to make sure he wasn't in there marinating in his own feces. Well he was, but I also found this...

A nice and neat balled up shed.
