    problem shed
my BP went through the blue eye stage and had cleared up on friday this week (28/9) and i was expecting him to shed today or yesterday.
i checked on him today and have noticed that his tail was dry and skin very wrinkly all over but not very dull/grey on the rest of his body. its as if hes started to peel off from the front as theres a tiny bit coming off but thats it.
this seems a bit too extreme and was wondering if this is normal?
humidity is 80% temps ok, please can anone explain this???

It's normal.. most of that will come off in the next day or so. I'd wait a few days before you assume he's having a bad shed. Then you can use the wet towel method to help him along, if need be.

thankfully he has shed now after i'd soaked him. i took a pic before hand but it doesnt show how it was at all. you can see the dry, deep creaces in the skin and made him look extremely dehydrated and thin. it was as if the skin was glued to him making it hard to move and making his back bone stick out a bit. basically looked like he'd been vacuum packed!
