Anyone watch Grey's Anatomy??

I am COMPLETELY addicted to this show and have been since day one 3 yrs ago. I was wondering if anyone else here watches the show and if anyone caught the season premiere last night?

I was kind of worried about what was going to happen with the show after last season's season finale, but after watching the premiere last night, I think that this season is going to be very exciting!! What are everyone's thoughts?

I was a bit disappointed in the premiere myself. I didn't think the transition was very smooth. I'm still trying to figure out how Meredith has a half sister a year younger than her (at least that's what I would think since she's only a year behind her in the program). :confuse:

I enjoy Grey's anatomy but I've not kept up with it as I wish I could... lol

Now LOST is another story... can't miss TV right there.

I'm a 24 fan myself, no hurricane, browns game or even sex could keep me away from that show. Its the only hour of each week that I refuse to answer the phone...

Love the show! I never miss it. I'm with Christie though, the story line felt a bit disjointed especially with Meredith's half-sister's character. The saving the dying deer thing however was hilarious and as always I just love the Cristina character...whoever writes her lines is a gem. :D

I love Christina's character in general, so I'm in agreement with ya Jo.

Did anyone else have issues with Calli being named Chief Resident?

what's going on with george's love life now???? he admitted that he loves izzy, he's got a wife who may/may not be prego, and it seemed like there was kind of a spark with him and lexy! seriously!

the funniest part was when McSteamy to McDreamy that he moved to seattle to be with him! lol!

I definately agree with that, I thought that Bailey would make an awesome cheif resident, but it has been stated on the show before that the Chief thought that she would make an excellent Chief of Surgery, which he reiterated again during the premiere. I think that maybe Callie is just trying too hard, maybe if she just calms down then she would do okay.

I really didn't like how this episode ending with Mer and Derek breaking up, but then again they have done this basically the whole show, so I am sure that they will end up being back together. (Although I still think they should bring Finn back, he was PERFECT for Mer!!)

And poor Izzy, being stuck saving the deer!! It was too funny though!
I am not sure I like where this whole George and Izzy thing is going though. But I don't know. I always thought that him being with Callie was a rebound thing for him not being able to be with Mer. But I am glad that George decided to come back, and it was really cool how Lexie told the new interns how great a job George did. Maybe Lexie won't be that bad after all????

I am just really excited for this season. I really didn't care for the season finale last year, and although maybe there wasn't all that smooth a transition with this season's premiere, it does leave alot of questions in my mind to be answered over the course of the season. So I am anxious to see how it all plays out. Especially next week when Burke's mom comes to see Christina......

I just have to keep myself from logging onto some of the Grey's Anatomy websites to read the spoilers for this season..........

And to those who don't record it or have TiVo or DVR, ABC plays current episodes online for free. I am normally working on thurs when it comes on, so I usually end up watching the episodes online (and then buy the complete season when it comes out the following summer!!) But they also play a bunch of their other shows online too.....

I think Isiah Washington should've never left the show. Without Addison AND Burke, it seems...lacking. I don't like the half sister... she doesn't hold my attention for more than 5 seconds..
