nailed down an internship

VERY excited to tell you guys about this. I've been busting my ace for the last 4 years in college, and now it's time to get some REAL WORLD work under my belt.

In 3 months I will have my Bachelors of Fine Arts degree in Multimedia. Web development is a big deal, and this company - The Imagination House - expressed an urgent need for someone in web development....that just happens to be my specialty :D

Anyway, I start Monday. I have 180 hours to complete and when I'm done, I certainly hope to be hired full time.

When I interviewed with these guys, they were incredibly nice and had a lot to show for what they've done in the industry. I was throughly impressed with their portfolio and they were on top of my list of companies to get involved with...Luckily, things worked out and fell in my favor.

I think the greatest career you can possibly have is one you have an absolute passion for. If you're in college, I really do encourage you to stick with it and do what you do..and love every minute of it. If you're thinking about college, I strongly suggest you take that first step. You can't reach the final steps without taking the first few.

Anyway...just been a little giddy lately :sunny: and wanted to share the great news with all of my friends here :D
