Reptile Basics

My Iris Sweaterbox Rack-32 Qt w/ Belly heat, dividers, and Helix DBS1000 Proportional thermostat came in Thursday night, eight days after putting in the order. It arrived earlier than I thought it would. Everything was packaged nicely and came fully assembled and ready to plug in and go.

I'm moving my two ball pythons into their first tub today and I'm very excited. I am very pleased with the speed at which my order was processed and my order shipped. Reptile Basics is wonderful and I will be ordering from them in the future.

Thumbs up here, too! I ordered almost $70 worth of flexwatt from Rich. He answered all my questions---was very prompt with emailing---and wired everything perfectly to my specifications. It arrived packaged---again awesome---only six days after ordering (two days of which were Saturday and Sunday).

Thumbs up for me too. I odered a thermostat late last year, very easy transaction. Arrived on time, actually it could have even been early. Rich is very quick in responding to emails too. Great customer service!!!!

Dont you love it when you get something packaged so well you actually get mad at all the popcorn and wrap you have to take off.

There were so many of those things, I could swim in it. :D But I was very pleased with the packaging.
