    What should I do...

So I got my rack from Rich today. Yay! I also got my Helix, some dividers for the 32qt sweater rack, and that cleaning solution.

I also ordered the RBI 205L Infrared Thermometer... it comes in a nice metal case with a rope for your wrist, and a battery... the only problem is that the thermometer wasn't in there......

I addressed this to Rich in an email, but I feel like he won't believe me. I'm a little upset and confused at the same time. Kind of hard to explain how I feel at the moment. I'm happy that I have my stuff, but this can really ruin the mood if I don't get my thermo gun. It really costed a lot of money. This whole bunch was actually a birthday present from my girlfriend. When we opened the stuff together, I was so bewildered at the missing slot that should have held the thermometer... Oh well, I'll update you guys on what happens next I guess.

If anyone has experience with missing items during shipment, let me know what I can do. Thanks for the click.

Rich is a great guy to deal with. Make sure that you keep the packaging that it came in, as well as the box that it was shipped in, because he may have you ship it back to him to get a replacement.

I've never dealt with Rich, but in every case when something was missing from a package, the seller has always sent one right away after I notify them. It happens.

Tony you just got the stuff yesterday, right? Have you actually contacted Rich about the missing part and given him any amount of reasonable time to respond back to you before you posted here that you're worried about how he'll treat you? Why "upset" and "confused"? Things do happen when a company is shipping out multiple items. You notify them, you expect them to do right by you and life goes on. :)
