I may be one in a million, but I had a couple of items purchased for my birthday from Rich at RBIPlastics.com and it has been nearly two weeks. Still no shipment out yet. My girlfriend (who bought me the items) sent various emails to Rich, as well as I, and we have got only one response that contained only ONE sentence in it stating our order woudl be shipped out YESTERDAY. I'm not very happy. I've always had great experiences with Rich, but this is starting to get to me. I really want my items to come.
