:( Unfortunately the little yellowbelly didnt make the trip :(
I have spoken with JnJ they and I are both very unhappy with FedEx at the moment. He told me that this is his 2nd DOA out of thousands of shipments, even delayed, and they assured me their refund policies would take care of the loss and the shipping. This, however, is the least of my concerns. I just wanted the poor thing to make it here alright. :/

Oh no! I'm sure he was packed properly so one has to wonder what conditions FedEx kept this package in that would cause this snake to pass on. So very, very sorry he did not make it to you as he should have. :(

I'm so sorry to hear that. :( My UPS date changed yesterday, and I was on the phone and they were immediately on the phone with the people at the distribution center and turning a truck around. From your other posts they seemed rather flippant about the live animals being in there. :(
