weird to say the least. Will be interesting on how they acctually do that and what they use it for. wonder what the after effects on the ocean would be??

It's an exciting discovery if true, but too bad Man will abuse it and upset the water/ocean/Earth balances, just like everything else we tend to dink with. :(
