    About how old are they when they stop growing and when they're considered to be an adult ball python?

    Snakes never really stop growing, it's just that it gets to a point where it's not that noticable.

    I personally consider them to be an adult when they get to breeding size. Even if they are not done growing.

    Depends on species, rate of growth, etc. For bps average is probably 2-3 yrs. But there are other factors that can affect this.
