    Luckily no one was in that room when it happened. Usually there are constantly patients, clients, and employees in that exam room. There were two people in the next room over. If someone had been in that room at the time, it's highly likely they would have been sitting in the chair that usually sits right where the car is in the photo. The chair ended up on the other side of the room, showered with brick and cinderblock. Debris sprayed through the closed door of the room into the hallway and the room across the hall. The driver was a non-licensed, non-insured immigrant that did not understand much English, although they did manage to say "No police, No police" immediately after the accident.
