aduit BP handling

I have a 3 year old BP, I take care of him extra, but as far as handling goes I don't do much because of time :-( can this affect his temperament ? I know he can become a bit nippy but as far as aggression.... ( I haven't notice any aggression, apart from hissing when he doesn't get his way when I'm handling him.

I have 17 ball pythons of varying ages. None of them get regular handling - they all are handled at least weekly to check on their general health and well-being, and often more often than that if their enclosures need attention.


I do not notice that more or less handling affects a snake's general personality. I wouldn't worry too much if you can't handle him for extended periods of time, and in fact, he may actually prefer the limited handling - as handling is really more for our pleasure than theirs.
