Need Everyones Positive thoughts...

Hurricane Felix is pounding Honduras today. 90% of my husbands family is on the east coast of Honduras in La Ceiba and other cites right along the ocean.

They can't evacuate, they have to ride out the storm. We heard from them yesterday and they were getting ready. We are really worried about them after what Hurricane Mitch did to that country. Everything was destroyed and under mud. It killed 11,000 people.

We are expecially worried about his Aunt Ponchita. She wasn't in the best of health, she is very old.

So everyones prayers and positive thoughts are much appreciated.

As far as I know Honduras wasn't hit as hard as Nicaragua. It is still pretty bad though, lots of flooding. The death toll is now 100 people between the two countries. Getting news from down there is difficult though, other than what MSN and Google provide.

We haven't heard from anyone yet, unless my father in law has but he would have said something.

I am hoping everyone is okay.

I think the memories of Hurricane Mitch were still very fresh in everyones mind. That hurricane burried Honduras under mud.

I will post when we here something from someone down there.
