The hatchlings from the 2nd clutch just had their first shed, haven't eaten yet. So that's why they may look a bit skinny.

Thanks, the first female pastel I produced is my favorite as well. But not her attitude. She was fine for a few minutes, then started striking like crazy even biting the other hatchlings as they passed her.

My mom found out she was mean the hard way. :D

The bandito stripe strikes again! I love it :)

All hatchlings ate Friday. Unfortunately they were mouse hoppers, unfortunate because I prefer rats. But atleast they ate. I offered them rat pinks first. After an hour, no go. Two were bleeding from obviously being bit. Might have been too small or something. I throw in the hoppers, check on them in 30 minutes and they're gone. Will try rat pinks again in about 4-5 days to see if they'll go then.

#1 is hot!

You gotta love the girls with 'tude :) I would rather have a nasty attitude snake that eats well, than a timid one that is scared of its prey..

I'd rather have a nice snake that I can hold and still has the feeding response of something like a retic.
