This is getting me very confused....
Well I setup my tub, Spartans not in it yet. I set the herpstat to 92, for what I wanted it to be, well that didn't heat it up right, so heres my problem, I set my herpstat to 103! and its still not reaching 92 inside the tub! Like seriously wtf, this is very frustrating! lol Advice anyone?

Re: This is getting me very confused....
What is the temp at?
What are you using for a heating source, flexwatt?
Re: This is getting me very confused....
HOW are they set up??? WHERE are the thermostat and thermometer probes?????
1* on one is NOT necessarily 1* on the other. As an example, I have a JC that is set 103*, but b/c of the rack and where it's sitting in the room, the tubs are 94, 93 and 95 (not necessarily in that order), but it takes a 103* setting on the thermostat to get the tubs the right temp with the flexwatt as back (not BELLY) heat. I have other JCs that are set at 96* and the tubs are the correct temps.

I have a tub, and flexwatt taped to the bottom of the tub, thermostat probe is taped outside on the flexwatt. Thermometer probe is under the paper towel substrate. and it reads around 85

Hi,
Is the flexwatt heating up at all? Try connecting it directly to the mains for 15 minutes or so to check its not a bad connection on the flexwatt.
Don't just plug it into the mains and forget about it of course as that really isnt a good idea.

oh no, it works, its just not making the temps in the tub heat go up that much.
Theres lots of heat though.

Hey,
I set it to 105 on the Herpstat, once it goes over 105 the green light shuts off, so basically there is no power going into the flexwatt untill it gets to like 104.9. Temp got bumped up to about 90, so im gonna let it run through, and lower it f I have to :)
