    Xefaud and Sadis
It was picture day with the babies. Here they are.

First up, Sadis, weighing in at 81g.

That was really the only pic of her we got because she's still kind of aggressive. Didn't want to stress her out too much. Xefaud was a little more relaxed so all the pictures are of him. :D

The last one has me in it. The freak in the orange is my fiance. So that concludes the picture show. I always have my camera with me though, so expect sudden bursts of pictures from time to time. :carrot:

We are very happy, and we are officially hooked on ball pythons. I used to tell myself I would stick with corn snakes but now I'm not so sure. I want more ball pythons! I'm already saving up for a rack. :)

Its all playful. We call each other names as a joke. :D Just our way of having fun. We are hoping that Sadis does not continue to be aggressive. Maybe a few more weeks at home and she'll be right as rain. Who knows.

Yep I know dear, I was just kidding around too. As far as the little one it's not really aggressiveness per se. Think like a little snake for a sec here. It has a very simple little reptilian brain, hasn't a clue who you big heat emitting things are. Probably figures you're about to eat her up. Little snakes are often preyed upon so they have instincts firing off RED ALERT RED ALERT stuff all the time. Even standing above them when your shadow hits them can cause a reactive flinch or a drawing into a strike position also things like heavy vibrations, quick movement, etc. They just want to survive really at this stage so just be really consistent and patient and I'm sure the little one will calm down in time. Our babies are all a bit reactive to some degree or other and that's fine...right now I just want them eating and growing...handling will come in time I figure. Heck I've got one tiny one named Darra that hisses mightly at me every day....it's hilarious! She's no fraidy snake that one LOL.
