So since i've gotten a job that means wooo a new 20 gallon tank for my forever growing ball Zarrh.

I'm going to be picking up a 20 gallon tank and a new under tank heater for him this wensday. So he'll finally be in a happy home

Sounds great. Do make sure the UTH is controlled by a tstat and that the 20 is a 20 long not a standard 20. That will give your snakey friend more floor space than height which is great for BP's. :)

lol. I was going to say the same thing Joanna. 20gal Long is best. I think petsmart has them for cheap...like 30 or 40bucks.

One thing...buy a good lid. Walmart and some pet stores sell these plastic sort of lids and they are just escape nightmares (I have a few on the rat tanks and hate em!) Look for the good metal framed lids and then grab a couple of packages of lid clips. They are black metal, usually come 2 per pack and are rated for the size of the tanks. Invaluable things. If my daughters sneaky escape artist milksnake can't squeeze by them...nothing much can. :)
