No... because the Ball Python would probably eat the lizard...

or get stressed and become ill...

or if it was a BIG lizard like an Iguana it would probably hurt the Ball Python

Why did u wanna put ur lizard with ur sanke???

Because it is asking for something to happen.
Because different animals different husbandry requirements.
    Because neither one need companionship.
    etc

Bottom line bottom line if you have both your snake must be house alone and your lizard (depending on the type) can be house alone or with a mate.

Now my turn to ask, why would you ask that question?

I asked a similar question on the GeckoForums.net and you would've thought I asked how they taste... The reason I asked (not sure about DaKingPin) was I was just curious is there are species with similar environmental needs that could be housed together and would not eat (or compete for food or otherwise stress) each other. I thought building a little ecosystem would be pretty cool, trying to find compatible species and plants. Based on the reaction I got, it sounds like I may be a little too mad scientist for my own good. Please don't worry, my Leopard Gecko and Ball Python are seperated and I realize the BP would look at my Leo as lunch... I was just thinking out loud.

You guys act like you didn't know this?

They are known to eat amphibians, lizards, other snakes, birds and small mammals in the wild. They do not eat mice or rats in the wild.
