Shedding

I've had my BP for 2 months now. first question I have is about how often do they shed? I think mine might be starting to get ready to shed. Today his eyes were a cloudy blue color and I am starting to see some pink on his belly. in addition to the question above how long does the shedding process take? Here are a couple quick pics i took. and his over body does seem duller today.

There are many factors that effect how long between sheds such as age, food intake, and the individual.
