pre-breeding conditions?

I'm interested in what the breeders have had the most success with. What are your pre-breeding conditions? Temps? Light cycle? When have you introduced the male? Just curious what everybody is doing.

We lower temps for a month or so then introduce the male.
Ours are all in a racking systems so light dosnt come into it.
