I was such a horrible person
I went to the Manassas Reptile Show with my fiance and we were just looking around. I made the mistake of bringing money with me. We were dead set against getting one today but after holding a few and looking around, we settled on "We'll just get one." and chose a little 100% Het Pied male for $75. Then we saw that females were only $40 and so we caved and got a female normal as well. So over $200 later, we have two babies upstairs settled in their tanks.

We took a few pics before putting them in their tanks. Each is in a ten gallon. When we move into an apartment together, we will be building a rack to house them in. So here are the pics....

First the Girl. No name yet.

Leaving money at home doesn't even work for me. I realized I have a credit card in my billfold!!

Very cute! Blu you have to learn to leave the cash, credit cards and ATM cards locked away (and then sneak a few big bills your jeans pocket....just in case).

Thanks. Yea, I saw some beautiful morphs that I wanted and I was sooooo ready to empty my savings account for them but I refused to go near the atm. I had left my credit card at home for this exact reason. I have a decent limit and could have bought myself some very nice morphs but I would have ruined myself financially.

These two are adorable and we'll see in about a week about thier personalities. This is my first time having ball pythons so I've got so much to learn.

It's funny how I forgot that I had a credit card till I saw that lil pastel girl that I picked up a while back. Isn't it amazing how animals can jog your memory?!

    LOL
This last show, I took a few hundred in cash, and then had to break out the CC anyway when I saw my black pastel!

Aside from that, your kids are cute! I love their teeny tiny faces. :-)

I'm planning on going to other shows but I probably won't be bringing any money other than for feeders. I bought 25 feeders for $12. Woot! I believe we are going to another show in October, one in November, one in December, and another in March. I think I'm going to have to have my fiance there to take my money away if I bring any.
