First off, a huge thank you to Uncle Festae... You seriously couldn't find a better guy :)

And here she is! Now that I finally brought her home! (And we're moving in like 4 days... Thankfully she took quite well to the 1 1/2 drive today, so 5-10 minutes shouldn't be a problem!)

    Right out of the bag:

Holding for a min while I get everything sorted out:

And in her new home - Until Tuesday when we see how she likes the other tub.

And last but not least, the Aquarium... The fish are in the blue thing, waiting for the temps to even out... Gravel is moving in *after* we move since I'm the goofball who brings home new fish half a week before moving to a new house!

You seriously could not meet a happier person today!

Thanks Jo :) Too bad I take such dreadful pictures!

Something I wasn't anticipating though... I can't stop staring at the fish... LOL I just kind of gap out looking over at them :)

To be honest, I wasn't expecting to like the fish so much!!! I put them right beside my lap top at home in the "hellish" room (temps never go below 83 - perfect herp/fish room).. I can't stop staring at them or playing with them... Although I often want to lecture them cause a few of the smallest ones keep picking on the bigger ones! They're amazing though! Now I just need a bunch more tanks for them cause I at this point I just want to keep all of them!

I also have lots of food for her :) I did a mass run for frozen rats for people, the freezer was full for a night... lol.. Kept 12 appropriate sized ones for her though, that will last her quite a bit...

You know as far back as 1984 they were doing studies and finding out that watching your aquarium can result in a significant lowering of stress and a measurable lowering of blood pressure. So stare away....it's good for you! :)

yeah, I've found I've been a little more chilled out lately... Except worrying about Cleo.... I moved her out of the steamy room, into the bedroom and then ran back and forth babysitting the temps so much I had to move her back and ban smoking upstairs altogether until we move and get an officially sorted out room...

The only other stressful bit is scolding the bullies!!! Not that it makes any difference.

Well you certainly weren't killing!!! Rat lasted exactly 3 seconds in there before she'd snatched it. :D

And alas, now I can have nothing to do with her for 48 hours, but am very happy she ate with no issues... She only ever had one FT before, but doesn't seem picky so long as she's got rat in her belly!
