Feeding

If I were going to try and feed my BP 2 small rats about how long should I wait after he finishes the first one before I throw in the second one? I know I hav read threads where they say feed them on the same day or time because it's easier for them to digest. But whats a safe waiting period before throwing in the next rat?

when there were no rats and i fed two mice, i put one in, made sure it was down the throat, and then put in the other.

esp if they are live. i wouldnt suspect he'd like to be constricting/eating on one and the other running around all willy nilly.
