Freaked me out!

I arrived home from work about five minutes ago to find the porch light was not turned on. I found this strange as my grandmother always leaves it on for when I come home late. I got inside and the house was pitch dark. I did notice a truck sitting outside with lights on the top. I guessed it was a tow truck but I guess not. Not a single light was on in the house and I had to walk down a set of stairs in complete blackness and hoped I didn't step on a kitty tail.

As I'm walking across my room, feeling around for furniture (looking for a flashlight) the lights suddenly come on and I nearly jumped out of my skin. I guess we were out of power for a bit there. Dunno why. I don't think we had a storm tonight.

I was waiting for the 'SUPRISE!'. :oops: Geez, I'm sure that would have freaked me out too. :bolt:
