We have 2 ball pythons, babies, and i need to know if our bug man comes into spray if it can hurt them ? does anybody know ?

Just don't let them spray the room that the snakes are in. If it Kills bug it'll kill snakes/people/dogs what ever. :D

Be sure and let them know you have them. They'll probably assure you that it's perfectly safe, but I never trust that. :P Put them in a room that doesn't need to be sprayed and leave them there for a day or so after the spraying before putting them back in their usual spot. (If you had to move them at all.)
If they are doing a full-house bombing, such as for fleas or something, I'd see if they could stay at a friend's house for a couple of days.

Just to be on the safe side I would take them somewhere else when its being sprayed, better safe than sorry.
