    A Weight Question...
So I've been reading around the forums, and several people have said that at a year old, most of their BPs were ranging AROUND 500grams, give or take.

However, on the VPI page, one of the males they're selling was born in August 06. In August 07, he weighed 215. This is considerably lower to what everyone said their snakes weighed in at here on the forum, but VPI says that this is 'a good feeder with good growth'.

So...which weight is better? I mean, unless people are doing serious feeding for breeding purposes here, what IS the appropriate, healthy weight of a year old snake?

215 g is very very small for a year old snake. it might be a typo or maybe the site hasn't been updated in a while. each snake grows at there own rate, so a yearling can range from 400-800+g.
