    What to look for.....??
Lately I've been thinking on getting a bigger snake than a ball and a display cage. I always loved Carpets, especially the yellow Jungle Carpet. Do you guys know what I should look for when picking a young Jungle Carpet? I've seen some animals that fade and become dull when getting older...

If possible, request to see pics of the parents. Their offspring will usually be similar in color after they go through their change. Other than that, think about what you like in adults. Do you like high contrasting bands? do you like tipping (dark scales having yellow tips, and visa versa)? Do you like a lot of yellow, or a lot of black? These things can be seen to a certain extent in hatchlings, though it is not 100%. The best advice in getting a killer looking jungle, is buy from a breeder with great looking stock. You will pay more, but it will be worth it in the end.

    Nordinho,

Great advice from Evan. We have been producing jungles for a few years now, so feel free to check out our site for info etc., or to shoot me a PM or email if you have any other specific questions.

    Evan,

LOVE the sig!!! That is the funniest analogy I have seen in a LONG time!!! We will see you at the SLC show, right?

Thanks for the great advice. In my search for Carpets I got sucked in the world of GTP's. But I'm sure one day I'll get a Carpet and I know what to look for thanks to you guys
