    Can someone please post some adult pastel pics?

    Really wanna add one of these to my collection but want to see if the coloring fades alot when they get older.

    So they look like they definitely do hold that color like when they are young. :)

    I'll get pictures of my Lemon male when I get home. He shed last night and is this gorgeous light, neon green on top and bright yellow on bottom. He's around 1000g and just turned a year old this month. I can't wait to see what he looks like when he's older.

    There's no "definites" about pastels. Through selective breeding, it is more common to see such nice colors into adulthood....but there are still plenty of pastels that brown out as they mature. Your best bet for an adult that holds at least some of its color is to buy from a breeder who has hot adults and get some trusted advice on what traits to look for in a baby that will indicate the appearance it is likely to have as it grows.
