Dumb dog

So I was feeding my girl Skylla today and I had her in a box on the floor when my dog walks over to her and puts his nose in her face to smell her. So she immediately struck at him. Needless to say she was a little hungry and as soon as I plopped the mouse in the box she went right for it. My dad was there watching and just laughing about it as the dog ran off.

yeah when i used to feed in a separate enclosure i always made sure nevaeh (dog) and gypsy (cat) were locked away in another room.... they're both too nosey to trust!

Ive never really fed her at my parents before, my cat is too scared to get that close. But I guess now the dog learned not to get close either lol
