    Male scared of female.
I have recently had two litters of rat pups. Two moms one dad. Now that its been a few weeks i have reintroduced dad with one of the moms but the problem is he is acting real scared of her. So i try the second one same result. Has this ever happened to any one else? By the way i seperated them again. My plan is to go ahead and try this for a few hours a day until they are all cool again.

Reintroducing rodents can get like this sometimes. If the females have been without a male for a while they can get a little aggressive (not always). They need time to re-bond and reform their social structure...yes even with just two rodents. I've never used the method your describing, unless I see a serious aggression problem they are kept together and they work things out on their own.
