it's a free class... you email heather to get into the next class and you are emailed when a class is ready to go. i've completed the first set of classes and am in the middle of the second set. i feel so much calmer and centered with these classes. if any of you decide to join, let's use this thread to share. :sunny:
if you have never experienced buddism or have been practicing for years, it doesn't matter. these classes will bring you to a deeper understanding of buddhism and yourself.
