    Which one should i feed my baby beardy? I've heard different answers from different people...

    Honestly Niether. Stick with either crickets, phoenix worms or even silkies are good. meal worms can cause impaction and wax worm's are too high in fat.

    Yeah I wouldn't feed meal worms to an adult dragon let alone a juvenile; they just aren't good for them. Once it gets over 12 inches you can try a couple superworms a week as a treat. Roaches, silk worms and crickets are the best to use as a staple.

    I use phenoix worms for my babies. They are very high in calcium, soft bodied, and the babies take to them to like crazy.
