    4 months???
So i was at Petsmart (more commonly referred to as 'the enemy') picking up some frozen mice. I asked about them and the girl working there was like oh well, it's good for 4 months (10 bucks for 4 mice???? you've gotta be kidding me). I feel bad for her snake...

So a ball that gets fed a small mouse once a month. How do you think that'll end up?

Yeah, that sounds like a typical Petsmart employee... sadly enough. (Now you see why I left...)

Horrible advice from Pet"smart", yet again. Growing BPs should be fed once a week; some people go every 10 days but you just have to go by the snake itself; if it is becoming obese, space out feedings more.
Once a month; I feed my adults that are fully grown, much more often than that.. sad. :(

Just playing devil's advocate, but do you think maybe she meant that the frozen mice would be fine frozen for up to four months? I only feed live, so I really don't know the "shelf life" of frozen prey.

And when did Petsmart start selling frozen mice? None of them near me do.

I never hear bad advice from petco or petsmart, because i never go to the reptile sections, so my petco/petsmart experiences are always pretty good!!! :carrot:

I'd blame that more on the snakes being housed improperly and being stressed and refusing feed, rather than not being fed.
