    i have a exo terra cage its tall
    a 18" L 36 H and 18 W
    is that a good size for a BP

    or is it better 36"L 18 H to make it longer
    if i flipp it and there are still vents on top

    How big is the snake? A baby will feel more secure in a small cage. An adult will need more floor space. Neither needs height in their cage. Most of mine are in cages that are only about 6 or 8 inches high.

    bp's like floor space rather then height. so on it's side would probably be good, but it sounds alittle big for a bp. a hatchling will do wonderful in a 6 qt shoebox tub. a 10 gallon tank works good too but make sure to have alot hides and "stuff" in the tank so they can feel secure. an adult can live in a 30 gallon tank, but that is probably the largest, anything larger and you might have problems.

    i just need some good hides and some leaves or plants or branchs to make her feel secure
    and i need a UTH
    im getting humidity around 47%
    and ima put aspen down

    I just re-read my post, and realized that what I said and what I meant weren't quite the same. What I MEANT to say is an adult will need more floor space compared to a hatchling.
