day 37 POS, do I worry?

Getting a little anxious. MY girl shed on 6/19, making today day 37. Is there cause for concern yet? Ill get a picture if her up soon.Thanks

dont know if people have had them go that long with out laying but i THINK and i stress Think i have heard of them going 40+ days...are you sure shes gravid?

My first clutch this year went 47 days. I think you will be fine, and I wouldn't start to get concerned until she hit day 50. However, I have heard of them going to day 81 at the furthest end. That's the longest I have ever heard of.

I messed up counting, today is day 39, yesterday was 38. Im 99% shes gravid. she shed without a meal for over 5 months. Seeing a lot of gravid behavior. God, I hope it isnt another month,lol.

Randy, have you tried to palpate her, to see if you can feel any eggs or follicles in her. If that last shed was indeed her POS, you should easily be able to feel the eggs in her.

I palped her, 99% sure I was feeeling eggs. At least 1 inch long. I averaged out at 5, though once I hit 6 and twice 4, but Idid it like 8 times and 5 was the average. This is cool. Ill get a picture as son as my camera works.

Im still waiting. I can feel the eggs. But today is day 43! ANy thing I can or should be doing, or am I just waititng for her to feel like laying?

How warm do you have the warm side of your cage? I have a friend that had his cage a little cool and the female did not lay untl day 47.

Good idea, its at 92, Ill go up to 94! I hope she lays before Saturday, Im leaving for a week! :O :O :( :(

She laid while I was gone, 5 good eggs, 2 slugs.
