    Heating Question
Alright. Got my t-stat last night and wired it. Everything is golden, works perfect.

Have a piece of 11'' flexwatt under the tub and probe between the flexwatt and the tub.

Can't seem to get the temps right.

Do I have the right setup running or should I make some changes?

I know my description is pretty vague but I have to head out in a few minutes and can probably post some pics later on.

    thanks

well since the probe is measuring the flexwatt directly, the temps in the tub are going to be alittle less. so just keep raising the temp on the tstat untill the temp inside is what you want.

example. my rack uses flex and i have the probe taped directly to the flexwatt. i have it set at 104˚in the middle of the rack, and the temp in the top tub is 92˚, and bottom tub is 88˚.

    thanks for the info.

I think I may have fixed the problem a little bit.

I ended up just flipping the flexwatt over so the natural arch wouldnt press away from the tub.

Now have the t-stat at 99 and the inside temp is hovering around 92.

However, the cool side is too cool now. I read that someone a while back had the same issue and they just taped a 3'' piece of flexwatt to the top of their tub on the cool side so I think Im going to try that out. See how it goes I suppose.

once again, thanks for the advice.
