Sorry no High Contrast to compare , personally I think there are varying degrees of contrast in ALL albino's.
Re: Albino vs high contrast
From what I understand, ( I may be wrong), but high contrast is more from selective breeding.
Re: Albino vs high contrast
High contrast is often an abused term. People say claim that when it may not be so. Many albinos loose their contrast as they get older so they look better as babies(very common for most morphs and normal BP's). Buy from a trusted breeder and it is always a good idea to see what parent(s) look like.
Re: Albino vs high contrast
Has anyone tried breeding a pastel pair 100%het for albino yet? I'd be interested to see the offspring of that cross. It would be high yellow (due to the blushing) but also highly contrasting with the white, right?
Re: Albino vs high contrast
If your asking about breeding a pastel to a 100% het for albino.. you would get a pastel if I'm not mistaken.
This is my albino and far as I know he is just a regular albino.

Oh I know. I had just asked Adam at 8ball about breeding 100% het for albino w/ pastels and he told me you get pastels. By no means am I well versed on what bred with what gets you what :)

Bah, it's so hard wording any genetic related topic, lol. What I ment to ask was, if you bred two pastels together, both of which are also 100% het for albino, and produced an offspring that was a pastel albino, what exactly would it look like? Wouldn't it be a high yellow, blurry lined albino? as opposed to the sharp contrasting lines of a regular albino?
