So I'm new with all the genetics, I know the basics being a bio major and all, but what would be a good match for a 66% het male for stripe?

Another female (Doesn't have to be a normal looking bp either, can be a morph like pastel for example) that is 66 or 100% het for stripe or even a Stripe if you have the cash to invest that far.

Re: 66% Het for Stripe
Wouldn't you want to use a female 100% het to try to prove your 66er male as het. I guess what I am asking is if you used a 66 female and a 66 male and one turned out to be a normal. You would know which one, but you would know its one of them.

A male 66% het stripe will be basically the price of a normal. I have seen 100% het males for anywhere between $200 and $500 this season.

Re: 66% Het for Stripe
100% het would be a good choice but the Stripe would be better because if the male doesnt prove out at least the hatchlings would be 100% hets.

I'd need a female, not a male though. Does anyone know what females go for?
