Anyone ever thought of this for humidity?
For the lid of a tub, tape a sheet of paper towel to it, and when the humid gets low, you just spray the paper towel, and cover the tub while the humidity shoots up? I just had a premonition while watching America's Next Top Model with the lady. I woudln't be suprised if people already did it, or there might be a hazardous condition connected to the idea. :D

good idea. I used to do something similar by wetting down a towel and placing it on top of my mesh tank screen...works well :)

If I need extra humidity in any of my tubs, I just fill the water bowl a bit more and move it closer to the back of the tub. Or I cover up some of the holes. Humidity stays around 55-60% anyway and the snakes always have good sheds.

With a paper towel, I would worry about mold/mildew growth. In my area, that would definitely be an issue.

That's a good point, but I wouldn't be worried about mold/mildew growth unless i was going to continuously use the same paper towel day after day. You could always throw the paper towel away on a daily basis, or...like i suggested, a towel which needs to be washed every now and then to avoid mold/mildew. I never had an issue with mold or mildew.
