    ok, well i managed to order a indoor/outdoor temp thing. so im now using that... but my problem is that i can't seem to ge them temp above 86F in the hot area nd 81 in the cool. (just above ground lvl) you lot go any ideas?

    Many people keep perfectly healthy, thriving ball pythons in temps just like those. I'd just let it run like that for a month or two and see if she's eating well and behaving like a healthy, well-adjusted ball python.

    cheers, for fast response mate. he not she ahs just gone into shed. well about 4 days ago and is looking really dull with a pink belly and bue eyes. can't wait to see what he looks after shed =)
