New Lucy... Selene

here is my new Leucistic Texas Rat from Select Captive Bred... sorry about the bad pictures, she is a feisty one.

i named her Selene

when i say feisty, im not kidding. i set her up in her tub for quarantine, and i almost got bit twice.

she also thinks she's a rattlesnake... i walk by the tub and all i hear is bzzzzzzzzzd haha

Very nice looker. My girl strikes at everybody that even walks into the room. Changed her name from Lucy to Pissy.

i was actually going to name her lucy, but i figured it was kind of like naming your first ball python monty.

so i thought i name her after a the palest badass i could think of... Selene, the vampire death dealer from the movies Underworld and Underworld: Evolution.

plus i got a poster of her right above her temp quarantine tub :)

After over 40 yrs. of pets I tend to lose any sense of imagination for names. Since I only have 1 LTR, Lucy is easy to remember.:confused: If I had another kid it would probably be named "Boy" or "Girl" for memorys' sake! My grandkids get upset with me because I frequently call them by their brothers name.:(
