Picture Taking

Well you all know by now my picture taking skills leave something to be desired LOL. All I want in life is for something in this house to SIT STILL AND POSE NICELY while I click happily away! (I don't ask for much...whine sniffle) I get that the snakes won't listen to me but geeze louise now the kid won't either!

Mike did his usual great job this past week with the hair thing and produced the nice military style haircuts that he and our son prefer especially in the hot summer months. Being a proud momma I just want a nice picture of daddy and son looking all spiffied up. This is what I got....

That kid just slays me! Would help if his daddy wasn't busting a gut laughing at my pitiful attempts to get a nice shot or two. LOL

my son is 13 and he's impossible to photograph. he's too cool for the camera :P

Thanks everyone! MeMe I'm not sure what number this is or what Mike actually does with that hair shaving kit thing he has. During haircut times I'm banished from the area as I tend to squeel and hop around muttering "helpful" suggestions to Mike. This is apparently not allowed in the man world of military do's! I am however happily invited back to wield the broom....me...clean up crew...nuthin new about that LOL. Oh I also get to be the "girl who gets to shave the back of the neck"...whoohooo...lucky me! :cool:

Arrgh! Maybe it is a guy thing? my fiancee Mark can NOT not make a goofy face in most any pic. I got lucky in our engagement pic; he looked somewhat serious.. But usually he makes fish-lips at me or sticks out his tongue or makes a weird snarling-type face. You would think that humans, unlike animals, would listen and understand, but no.

Hey, your son's a kid... At this point it's still cute. I've been with my boyfriend for 2 1/2 years and living together for 1 1/2 years and I get that in EVERY SINGLE photo that's been taken of the two of us...

Needless to say, I've given up!!
