Sperm Plugs?

I have read about people observing that their males are producing sperm plugs. How do you observe this? I assume that this indicates that the snake is sexually mature.

Thanks. Doesnt' it drive you crazy when people ask questions without searching the forums first. Everytime I read some new post asking about the proper temps and humidity, I think "search the forums". Now, here I go doing it myself.
