    A little help here...
    A guy at work says his pond out back of his house is swarmed with these. I'm not too sure of what kind of snake it is, but I'm sure someone here will know.

    Eastern Milk?

    Or maybe Northern Water ?

    It sort of looks like the Water snake but with a more pronounced pattern, but not as pronounced as the milk...
