Hangin' out at VPI

Chris was craving donuts, since he can't get any stuck wwaaaayyyyy out there in the country like he is, so he begged me to smuggle some to him from the "real world." :P

No really....I went out there to pick up a copy of Pythons of the World Volume I and I brought Petra with me as well. (And I DID bring him a box of fresh Krispy Kremes :giggle: ) Dave and Tracy were busy that day, so we didn't get to visit with them this time, but it was great fun just chillin' with Chris and poking our noses into all those tubs and getting to play with some awesome snakes.

Here's a few pics Chris took of us. (Like a true doofus, I forgot my camera...but Chris takes better pictures than me anyhow! LOL)

Petra was naming a bunch of their snakes while we were there. We named this one Peanut Butter Cup. Look familiar, Rapture??? ;) Chris was gonna let us take him home for $5 but I spent all my money on donuts that morning. :P

It was a lot of fun....and gave me a chance to show off pictures of Petra. :D I'm such a proud mama!!

I've loving those clowns and you're right... the face in that first pic is to die for.

Sweet trip, Judy. Looks like Petra had a blast as well. I'd gladly do a donut run for a peek at VPIs racks. :)
