at what age does a bp need to be put into a bigger tank?

ohh, i just got him, and i just wanted to know about what age should they be moved into a bigger tank, just for future reference. :D

well what size tank do you have now? i"m not sure but i think a full size bp is 30g

really depends on how much he grows. a rule of thumb is you want the tank to be at least 2/3 the snake length. so three foot snake needs a 2 foot tank ect.

My boy is getting close to the same length as the tank (20g - 30"). I want to upgrade because it seems small to me. He can't cruise around without running into his own tail!

I have bp's up to 600 grams in a 15 qt tub. The bigger ones i have in 28 qt tubs. They seem to like the cramped tubs better.
