Well that will be in about 10 years! :8: :P
Yes, the species can be fast, but not as fast as some. Just make sure you provide enough substrate for it to burrow in as well as adequate humidity or it won't last very long.
I hope you're not expecting to actually SEE this spider much, because you won't, provided you make it happy and give it a proper home environment. ;)

Re: got a new T
yeah i know the "pet holes" lol my salmon pink makes up for the display spider hehe :P
atm he/she is about 5mm at most and very greedy :) shes in a smal pot with about 4cm depth of substrate , shes made a nice little burrow in there , temps are 83F and humidity is 86% ive been told that temps beween 80 and 85F and humidity between 80 to 90% is what these dudes need to thrive

Re: got a new T
Actually, I'd keep the humidity between 75 and 80%, 90 is a bit too much; that's more T. blondi style.
Also, you want to take into consideration that, that burrow is going to be more humid than the surface so you don't want to keep the container too humid or it will cause problems for the spider inside its burrow, especially at molting time. If you keep the container around 75%, the burrow will be about 80+%, which is about perfect for the spider. A light misting once a day should be sufficient to maintain proper levels of humidity, especially since the spider is still small.
If you mist every morning, you'll be good to go. Don't mist in the evenings though. You want to mist as the temperatures are rising so the RH will actually do what it is designed to to. You want your humidity at its highest in the morning hours and at it's lowest over night when the temperatures cool off.
Good luck with the little beast, give it a kiss for me. :P  :carrot:
Parahybanas.... that reminds me, I have a juvi that I need to re-house. Hmm, one more to add to my photo shoot I guess when I rehouse my blondi and my A. huriana.... fun, fun. :D
