    couple questions...
I don't want to mess with the eggs to much but how often should I be opening the lids on the little tubs the eggs are in while in the incubator?

Will I ever need to add water to the vermiculite the eggs are in? I mixed it up and had the containers sealed while waiting for eggs for a few weeks. The vermiculite didn't seem too dry but all I did before putting the eggs in was do a quick clump test to see if it still stuck together.

I think that's all I need to know for now

Once a week is fine to let in fresh air. You will only need to add water if your eggs start to dimple too early. They shouldn't dimple until the last 2 weeks of incubation. Just try to resist checking in on them to often. ;)

    thanks for the info..

luckily there are a couple windows to look into so I don't have to actually open the incubator or I'd be in trouble
