Question were you expecting it to lay??

You have two options let mom incubate them or get an incubator overnighted to you with some hatch-rite a thermostat and thermometer.

my friend has a incubator from his bearded dragons that he is not using now...what do i need to get in order to use that?

when i bought her from the pet shop the said she was a breeder...at the time she just looked fat/overfed

now that ive looked at the link you gave me she has displayed all the signs

so far there are 4 eggs...how many could i expect?

is it ok for her to incubate them while i go to work?

You'll need a good thermostat and thermometer and some "hatchrite" its a medium used to provide needed moisture to the eggs. Candle the eggs and see if there are any veins this will tell you if they are viable. Can you post some pics of them.

Balls can lay any where from 2 to 12 eggs.

Yea its ok for her to sit on them till you get back. Just make sure your temps are around 88.0 degrees or you risk killing the eggs if they are viable.

Be carefull moms can be aggressive with eggs.

what kind of substrate goes inside the incubator?
and is 88* the right temp
how long can the eggs stay in with the mother?

The substrate goes into a container, which the eggs are placed into. As long as the temps and humidity is ok with Mom, I'd guess it would be okay for the eggs to be there.
