    Another Feeding Question (or Two)
Ok, I have had my BP for a full week. Are there any tell-tell signs of hunger? Do I just let the little rat loose in the cage and see what happens? Do I need to remove her from her hide or will she sense it's there and come out if she is interested?

Hopefully she will eat but I do have a small critter carrier and some food for the rat shold I have to keep it for later.

    Thanks.

Just let the rat loose in the tank you shouldn't need to remove the hide she'll be able to since the food.

A soon as I bring rats into my snake room, all of them perk up. Just put the rat in with your snake. You will see the toung starting to flick and then it'll come out of the hide.....Don't forget to never leave a live rodent in with your snake unsupervised.....
